This is an updated version of my previous upload. This version is different from the others because it combines multiple sources to create the best video/audio possible. I first restored the video by deinterlacing the footage and doubling the framerate to 60 fps. Then, I correctly cropped it to 4:3 and added color correction (brightness/contrast, saturation, lighting/color levels) and sharpness. I restored the audio by adding compression, EQ, and soft reverb to add to the concert atmosphere. Lastly, I resynced the audio with the video. I upgraded the audio source to soundboard audio and synced the audio to the video by changing the speed of the video to match the audio and also corrected the pitch by 20 cents. I also correctly placed extensions on transitions between songs to make sure that the full length of the space in between each song was completed. This version is now the best possible video of this concert on Youtube, as all of the sources are the best that were available for their specific purposes.

At this time, I went to see Budokan! He was very cool and played well. It was one of the most memorable live performances I've ever experienced. I was extremely "lucky"👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

Thank you so much for this video. Steve Perry is my favorite singer. Want to see more of his live singing.

Masterclass of journeys highpoint between 1981 and 1983. Japan always were the bands heaven to play.
The Footage is classic, even not all survived its great to see the power of Rock music in the 80s.
Journey was the american way to the british deep purple. Two different Bands but sometimes in the same musical direction.
Amazing guitar, bass, keyboard, drums and vocals.

So Neal Schon, you're not moving around the stage at all he's standing in one place doesn't move. Doesn't have a smile on his face. I know he was going through a divorce, but usually he's moving around the stage and so is the bass player and of course, usually Steve Perry is running all over the stage, you know both either and and you know just it's fun to watch him be so animated in their concerts. The bass player I can't think of his name but he standing there. Also it's like what the hell is wrong with these guys is it jet lag out and Steve just stares like he's I don't know, maybe jetlagged or something but it's the worst concert I've ever seen I've seen myself and of course album, etc. but he said he would told me that he loved me twice. Thanks for listening and I have anybody has an answer. Would you let me know? Thank you.❤

You should take a look at Survivor's performances from Nagoya (1986/87) and see if you can work your magic
