I just love future Trunks, he tries his best to not give in to despair but nothing ever go his way, he keep losing, he keep encoutering setbacks and is left with this constant inner rage that he does his best not to act on which brings out his potential as a ssj. In essence he is the perfect half saiyan, feeling emotions more deeply, more intensely than any other.

I really love this scene. Every time he's tried to save people, it's backfired in some way. When he traveled to the past, Cell happened. He prevented Babidi from releasing Majin Buu in the future, but the Supreme Kai died in the process, letting Zamasu and Goku Black take over. I can only imagine how angry and frustrated he feels, being told that this is all his fault, when he only wanted to save his world.

I come back to this scene every once in a while. The voice acting is phenomenal and has stuck with me ever since.

I love that you can hear when he screams/transforms all the anger and the pain from his injuries bubbling and finally exploding out of him. It just feels so raw.
