Oh I really like the ultra light cashmere tops from Initimissimi. I have the roll-neck kind and they're amazing for layering under pinafore dresses, under jumpers that are a bit itchy, under waistcoats etc. They don't only have to be used for the sheer look .- but that's awesome too (I just personally couldn't rock that). They're perfect for autumn/winter and for traveling because they're so light and easy to wash/dries quickly. I have a 3 week work trip to Asia soon and that's basically what's going in my suitcase.

39:04 this is so true!! we always see discussion online about what items are timeless/classic but it's completely different for everyone, especially with silhouettes and colours. although the black gucci bag is lovely, you'll probably reach for other white or pink options more :D

The stained white tee shirt @7:30 reminds me of mineral stains, usually caused by laundering in "hard" water. Lots of methods online, but the one that worked for me: "Mix baking soda with water to make a paste, apply it to the stain, and let it sit for up to 15 minutes. Then, lightly scrub with an old brush." Beware of removing the stain and the material! When I declutter, I also consider whether the item could be retired to my (small) cosplay closet. Keep the Barbie jacket, probably not the Minnie denim dress/coat and get that beautiful pink plushy jacket somewhere to be restored, it is stunning.

Your style is so cute, especially that grey shirt with lace! When a stain is relatively new, you can use ox gall soap on it, but I don’t think it will work on old stains.

I can empathize with you on the Barbie situation. My style leans casual gothic, so when Netflix premiered Wednesday a couple of years ago, I felt a little conflicted. I actually really enjoyed the show, but I didn't want others to think I was just hopping on the bandwagon and copying the latest trends (which may or may not be worthy of a hipster label lol). It felt like I couldn't even wear my hair in two braids for a while.

I also gave up wearing anything words or brands on it years ago. My parents used to call me a walking advertisement 😂

I would say pack the barbie cardigan away, although I tend to be sentimental. It seems now it's not something you are interested in wearing, but if it's something you love with history that you think you could love again I would put it away. If you can't imagine wearing it again, then it might be good to sell. Putting it away gives you time to be certain if you're on the fence.

For the stain: try shaving creme. Apply it, rub it in, let it sit for an hour and wash it out. It does not work with all stains but shaving creme is cheap and therefore it's worth a try. You MUST use the white shaving creme though.

I mush oxiclean like product and stain remover liquid together and put it on stains and it usually works lol

Could the mystery stains on the white top be from sitting on a chair that might have had rust in spots? Or even rusty drops from a roof or something? Just because of the color and where they are - I hope you can get them out!

16:10 for the Barbie cardigan I’d get rid of it. The pink color itself on the cardigan looks like a warm neutral color (I’m a hairstylist, we’re trained to see the minuscule color differences of our work), you mentioned that you don’t think warmer colors suit your brown hair due to color analysis. While the cardigan is cute itself, it might not be giving what you want it to give to your outfit. 💜
