How do you get rid of the chicken grease when cooking it? It doesn’t simply drain off during the cooking process whether steaming or grilling.

Why are my steamed chicken breasts which I have cut to smaller pieces so dry? I only mixed in some salt and herbs and let it sit for 30 minutes. Or should I add some sauce afterwards to make it moist. .?

Man I'm hoping i don't give myself salmonella with this because I have a history of not cooking meat well, that's why I only stick to bacon (NOT the streaky kind) since it's very obvious when it's cooked
