Pomodoro Timer White Noise - ADHD Relief

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management technique that is used as an effective way to study, especially for those with ADHD or executive dysfunction.
The Pomodoro Technique is made of 25-minute time stretches called a "pomodoro" or "tomato" in Italian (plural is pomodori).
Study, focus, or concentrate on a task for 25 minutes then take a 5-minute break then resume the next pomodoro.
This video is a 1-hour pomodoro, made of 4, 25-minute pomodori broken up with 5-minute music breaks. Each pomodoro and break is matched with clock timers.
White noise is used for the pomodori. Why?
If you have problems focusing on tasks while studying or working, white noise is proven to achieve similar outcomes to ADHD medication like Adderall or Ritalin, which boosts dopamine in the brain.
Use white noise to improve your concentration or to increase your motivation when you get stuck in a rut in your head.
