Conan created this professional image of being a bit of a bully to his employees and has always played up the humor of that (and we all loved it!), but to hear Sona sincerely talk about what a great boss he is was really nice! The fact that he has so many employees who have stuck around for decades is really a testament to him!

That's part of Conan's legacy. It's the fact that some people have stuck with him from the very beginning, and that so many others have stuck with him for 25+ years. There has to be a good reason for that, and it likely has to do with Conan being a genuinely good person and boss.

To me, Conan's legacy isn't so much the bits, but it's the people he's influenced. From his staff, to the comics he's had on the show, to everyday idiots like me who wouldn't have survived teenage-hood without his self deprecation and lessons on how to be funny. Conan saved my life, in a very real way, and I hope he understands that his legacy is one that has truly saved people.

I'm 35, I've been watching Conan since I was 9. Always had a hard time sleeping and just happened to find this strange man with "Orange" hair being silly at night and it became a comfort. Something funny/happy/surreal before falling asleep.

"Conan" was there all the nights, from personal moves across the country, through divorce, through births and deaths in my life.

Could always rely on Conan to give me a laugh/smile, especially on days where I didn't have much to smile about.

Always got love for "Coco" and happy to see his next endeavors.

The emotion from Sona at 7:26 and the following seconds as she starts to describe what it has been like working for Conan is palpable. And no-one deserves that like Conan does. I've always enjoyed him moreso than all the other hosts (close second is Craig Ferguson) and from all these clips and from the podcast I finally know why. Conan really cares, he is genuine, he wants people around him to thrive, he has a crazy respectable work ethic and he never makes it about himself, except for comedy sake.

Conan and his employees have created something admirable and what a lot more of us ought to aspire to. I'm rambling a bit, but who cares. I love Conan and his relationship with Sona, Bley, Matt, etc.

I remember seeing the first trailer for Conan in theaters back in 2010. You were driving a race car and getting into a bunch of accidents. It was awesome.

I'm not American so everything I know about late night is from YouTube. He is amazing person and comedian. I think this is the right time to move on from TV to whatever he wants. Even if it is just youtube. His podcasts also is successful and help us keep in touch with him.
His legacy in TV and pop culture is amazing and all around the world.
I really hope for some conan without borders and more interaction with non celebrities but I trust conan whatever he choose

I discovered conan on youtube and his show doesn't air in my country anyway, so his online presence is good👏

I think Conan doesn't feel anything is because this isn't the first time he's ended a talk show while uncertain about the future. That happened 11 years ago after he left the Tonight Show. So he hasn't grasped the meaning of this show ending yet

Conan has been a constant part of my life in one form or another since the early 90's. I've never had the chance to meet him, but I feel like we're friends. Looking forward to the new gig on HBO! 👍🏾
