I was a little disappointed in the lack of focus on how to end racism. At the beginning she gives an answer and it's like "we end it by realizing we're all humans" which is an answer, makes general sense, and has some useful applications. But I didn't find anything after this to be particularly useful... I get maybe her explaining how racism is can contextualize her answer but she really didn't relate back to it at all. However, I thank her for this video and will most definitely add this to my list of how to stop racism. If anyone could point me to something they think I may have missed, feel free to reply (or for just a discussion in general)! Have a good day everyone

Considering her past political stance as a bullhorn against undocumented immigrants, a woman who vigorously promoted anti-immigrant legislation inside and outside of the Farmworkers Union since the 70's, I find it hard to listen to this.

Yep, racism is a false man made concept. So, is time, age, and death.... we are infinite energy beings... energy never dies. All we have to do is teach the children self love. Period. When you truly love yourself, you will never hurt anyone again.

Its also a natural desire to group together in like groups. usually by visual definition because we are a visually driven species. Simply, it takes teaching ALL our children to treat everyone with kindness and respect unless they prove otherwise undeserving. And still then, kindness in most cases. A couple generations later we should be a better society. But I am here to tell you that all ethnicities have some kind of race based thinking towards other ethnicities. Its not just some white folks!

I think it is time this song is played frequently again with purpose behind those words.
We ARE the world and we ARE the children. I would love to be alive in a world of peace like we see in movies. Turn hate to hugs it is much easier and far less painful.
