V7 and V8 battery replacement process is a little different to the V6, in case anyone is wondering why this is different to a v7 etc

I replaced the battery on my v7 and it charges and works, however sometimes, starting by pressing the red button, when I release it the vacuum won't turn off? Sometimes after 10 seconds it will stop but usually I have to place it on the charging base to get the motor to stop?

I have gone through this process but my battery isn't coming off! It's stuck at the back end and I can't figure out why. Both screws have been removed. Can you help?

I've bought three replacement batteries from three different sources and none of them work. Nothing happens when I pull the trigger. I put the old battery in and it works fine. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, I'm having challenges with my V7. It's charging as per usual but when I start vacuuming it last a couple of seconds. I have cleaned my filter and still no luck. Please assist.

My Dyson Batterie-operated vacuum cleaner has never worked right. Since I got it the battery lasts about three minutes and doesn't have enough power for me to use any attachments. I have called and called Dyson and never have I been able to speak to anyone at Dyson. I have owned this machine for about two years. Yesterday I finally got someone on the phone in South America, she didn't say what country she lived in. She said that she would send me another battery. I have a feeling it will never happen because of how awful Dyson is and how terrible their products are. I will never recommend Dyson products to anyone. Why Americans have to buy shit from other countries and get treated like shit is bullshit!! F--k Dyson!!!!
