I just got my 2nd passport which is Maltese passport through Citizen by Descent..Took about 11 months and $180AUD + approx another $200AUD for extra documents I needed..Happy to be a Dual with EU access to the shengan area

Malta is too expensive, Portugal looks good for living, Bulgaria looks good for taxes, but I guess my choice would be Portugal. However, I know I would have to do some tax planning.
