Nowadays, currently, they verify your finances to assess if you can afford to live in Geneva before granting the internship. The rich will always move higher. Not always about hard work at all.

Yeah, unpaid intern at the UN doesn’t make any sense! They have bunch of money to at least pay interns. Free labor is never accepted. Getting an internship at the UN is already competitive and those young people that are accepted deserve some financial aid!
