Followed along with your cooking. You don't have a recipe posted, so I sorta winged it. Came out pretty well. I added some Kale to it to give it a nicer body and a touch of color.

For those wondering about the amounts here's a rough estimate of what I did:

8 large Yukon golds
8 strips of bacon
2 Jalapeños
1/2 yellow onion
4 cloves of garlic (I minced mine)
1 1/2 cups of Heavy creame
2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups of chicken stock
Mild cheddar to taste
1 bunch of kale de-mid ribbed (he doesn't put any in his but I put it in mine)
For seasoning I put in salt, pepper, thyme, onion powder, white pepper powder, dried sage, oregano, marjaram, and parsley. Hope that helps.
