Today we have family coming over to visit so I thought today is a great day to cook up a beautiful spit roast on the Bunnings 15kg spit roaster.

I might of not had a the best crackling on this pork roast but it was absolutely amazing and moist. Next time I do a pork roast I'll drop it down lower and amp the heat for the first hour of cooking.

The! Reason the meat stops and "stutters" is because the counterweight is supposed to be slightly loose so it stays hanging down.... Otherwise Ok.
