The girl is genius - She Just said one thing wrong - Don't ever use the word negotiate in front of your AO, they will literally throw you out or grab someone from the waitlist who fits that aid offered -- you can't do that until you are a grad student. You can only compare your package to other schools that offered you more and see What is difference between the EFC that they considered. YOU CAN ONLY DISCUSS IT AND MAKE SMALL CHANGES IN EFC....retired MIT admission officer told me this
