In shaded areas of my garden, I sowed seeds for Golden Beets, kohlrabi, Pak Choi, Komatsuna, assorted lettuces, and Yellow Heart Winter Choy. It is still too hot here in central Alabama to sow seeds for cabbage, and carrots. So far, everything has sprouted, except for the beets. It will be at least three more weeks before it is cool enough, just in time to plant garlic. In about three weeks, I will start the garden clean out, starting with the pole beans. They are hardly producing, and at the end of their life, but for now, I need them for shade. My late summer squash is flowering and fruiting, and my cantaloupe is loaded with flowers. In a few days, it will be time to do another pepper harvest.

I'm in Florida where it's still in the 90's. I have grow bag's so I will start in October.
Thank you Kim.

I love your statement “it has a little bit of a zippy flavor …”!😊 I’m really enjoying your videos Kim … and looking forward big time to my first subscription box … I am so ready for cooler weather and finally being able to grow greens. It’s been a huge struggle to just keep my plants alive in the unrelenting heat in zone 9a in southeast Texas … along the beautiful Texas Gulf Coast … which I affectionately also refer to as the “armpit of the US”!🤣

Great video as always!! I can't wait to get home and get my fall garden planted. I brought some tomato seedlings with me on my vacation from the heat and they will soon be ready for my fall garden full of greens and other veggies 😋❤

STILL over 100 here in Texas. 😮‍💨 I just started a bunch of seeds inside. But I'm afraid they may get to big before I can get them outside. Not sure if its going to cool down anytime soon.
