Cut out as much sugar as possible from your diet. Fungus and cancer love sugar!!!

I used to make a lovely foot soak just for relaxation and softening up my feet. I started with a dishpan and really warm water then a cup each of baking soda and Epsom salts and 2 cups of blue Listerine...it killed all kind of nastiness and the mint cooled, deodorized and refreshed my feet! When I was done I could exfoliate my calluses, trim my nails, rub off the dead skin and dig out all the toe jam.

My son can’t sleep, it itches him so badly! I will be sure he does this. The problem is, my husband has it but doesn’t have it under control. So he has spread it to my son.

I've had athlete's foot on my left foot for going on 10 years now. My big toe nail and pinky nail are also infected. I've been doing apple cider vinegar foot soaks every day, 30 minutes per day for about 3 weeks now and the itching has stopped entirely. The odor is gone and the dry, scaly skin is basically gone, minus a few negligible spots here and there. This is without using any foot powder or OTC creams. No progress with the nails yet but I know they take time to grow off so I've been monitoring the base. It's hard to tell since the base of the nail always starts off clear and then gets progressive as it grows out. So I'll have to give it a few months to see if a large portion of it gradually grows in healthy. In short, this treatment is definitely working! Though there is still some residual spots here and there, at first glance my feet look healthy again. My feet haven't been this soft or smooth in nearly a decade and it's nice to sleep without my feet being itching or feeling scaly and gritty against my leg. It also just gives me more self-confidence and less embarrassment when around others. I will continue this treatment even several weeks after it appears to be fully cured just to make sure it never comes back.

I have severe foot fungal infection, its blistered, I popped all the blisters and started applying a mixture I created of baking soda, apple cider vinegar, and table salt. I apply it then put on socks, I left it on overnight and woke up to my feet burning like crazy where the fungal blisters are located, I never had athletes foot before but I have a very physical job and was sweating lots in my shoes during a heat wave, got blisters from the friction and was wearing very old shoes, now I have a bad infection hopefully my mixture works will reply to this comment after about a week of use.

If I have athletes foot do I need to have a carpet cleaning service disinfect the carpets in my home once I have it cured? I understand the fungus can shed and live in the carpet and re-infect you. Is this something that is common or is it pretty rare for it to survive in a bedroom carpet?

Guys apple cider vinegar does the job!! Just come home from work. Wash your feet real quick. And soak your feet in that apple cider vinegar for about 15minutes a day and wash ur feet again.
Only thing about this remedy is that your feet smell like vinegar, it will smell up the whole house. It does the job tho. I tried a bunch of creams and other things nothing worked. I used apple cider vinegar for like 2 weeks. And my atheletes foot went away. Feet stop smelling.
Only thing is that apple cider vinegar, it doesn’t kill toenail fungus. That one seems to be hard to clean up.

I've soaked my feet in my own ruin. And work wonderful with topical treatments. 😁😁

I’m from the U.K., and one thing I’ve noticed with comments sections like these, is that those who support Trump always seem angry, negative about the future, stuck in the past, unreasonable, full of complaints, keen to have their rights elevated while stripping the rights of others. The liberals mostly just seem chilled out and polite!
