First of all, well done for working on your eating disorder and double cudos for OP helping others do the same!

Secondly, OP probably already knows this but for anyone else reading; processed food isn't necessarily bad for you, it's UPFs that people should really be careful with. They're the leading cause of early death globally and the average UK diet is around 60% UPF. This really needs to change. It's not the fault of the individual either, it's the fault of conglomerates and regulatory bodies who have prioritised profit over health for far too long. Eat well and read the ingredients, stay healthy ✌️
