So when do we use Base64encoded format? I see you have used OOB method to send attachment

Hi Ravi, Can you also explain how can we use Spoke in Flow designer for 3rd party integration (Spoke development - integration with 3rd party system)

We can convert attachment to base64 and decode it in the target incident also right, but your approach is different which way of integration is best can you please tell?

Brother, those 3 events that have been created need to be triggered through schedule job, first event will be triggered if the state has not changed in last 20 days from in progress, second event will be triggered 5 days after the first event if the state has not changed even after the first reminder and 3rd event will be triggered 5 days after the 2nd reminder if the state has not changed even after the 2nd reminder

Can you please make a video on this requirement if possible?

Scenario: To Remove the existing attachment and add the new attachment of the incident Record, (INC0013891), the target incident record (INC0010029)also will update the same attachment?
