Saw this in my recommendations and I feel bad now I mean damn you can cook! Also I totally agree on the namaz part, I’m 2 years older and also a doctor (based in India though which just means our duty hours suck and nobody gives a shit to our mental or physical health) so it’s really hard to pray all five times but the ultimate satisfaction is the connection you feel.
