I didn't realize that Neo is login in with the Oracle to be the one, she just ask him for identification, facial and finger prints so he can login in, after she finish she just give him a cookie so he don't need to login again and that he remembers that he is logged in, Lol.

I just noticed the oracle didn't really lie to Neo here. She said " you have the gift." But you're waiting for something.. your next life maybe." It was only after Neo died that he was reborn.. and became the One.

Bam, right there... She can not only predict 'the' future
She can predict "futures". As in pural, multiple different types of futures, and she knows what will happen as a result of her actions.
Knowing that, can see she can basically put Neo on the path to do exactly what he needed to do, through nothing but a short conversation. Pretty insane how powerful she is when you think about it.

She then proceeds to tell him he's not the one.

But she just said no one can tell you you're the one.

She never said he wasn’t the one. She clearly stated “you have the gift but you’re waiting for something”…”then one of you will have to die”. Thats exactly what happened
