This black woman is grossly misinformed about Canada. Granted it doesn't cost you to see a doctor, per se. However, there are some exceptions to this. Additionally, there are people who cannot afford their medicines either resulting in disease progression or death.

We Canadians wait for 1-3 years on waiting lists for NECESSARY medical treatments. People die on the waiting lists all the time.
