One handed pirouette
• Polewalk
• Outside leg step, stop mowing forward
• Rotate hips inward to face the pole
• Turn under the armpit, release grip with the top hand
• Keep pole in contact with the heel of your hand
• Re-grab the pole, continue with polewalk

Two handed pirouette
• Polewalk
• Outside leg step, stop mowing forward
• Rotate hips inward to face the pole
• Place outside hand underneath the inside hand
• Palm facing up
• Turn in place
• Repeat like the one handed pirouette, stabilize with bottom hand
• Release bottom hand, lift your inside leg and continue with polewalk

Repeat on each side 💖
