As usual, Dr Peterson answers in a rational, reasonable way. Increasingly rare, especially on the left.

He's saying it exists, but it's only one of the many many reasons for inequality

I live in the middle East, there is is so much systemic racism here that is is almost unbelievable what these people are allowed to do to others, it's not a phenomena that only occurs in America or Europe or predominantly Caucasian countries in fact it's least prevalent in these areas and a good way to prove this is to look at global human migration.

It's a cultural issue as well. Don't be victimzed. Set your goal and don't waver, don't get irritated by biased people. Set your goal to proof them wrong. you cannot change their bias beforehand

What did he say at the end after Jordan Peterson says "Resonable answer?"

So he said that there are multiple layers to the issue, and selecting and singling out just one of those many issues is not the way to go about things.
Doesnt that seem a bit vague? It's like he's saying that there are bigger problems and we should focus on those other problems? It feels a bit odd because that can be said about ANY issue, I find it weird that Jordan Peterson always seems to acknowledge problems but he seems to take the importance out of the problem by saying "There are many factors". I feel like that can be said about almost anything.... for example if a man is bitten by a shark and is bleeding out and someone says we need to get him to the hospital because he is bleeding out and is going to die then peterson comes in and says yes but thats only one of the problems, the other is the fact that he went swimming with sharks outside of a cage which he shouldnt have done in the first place, cant we just acknowledge that this is a big problem at the moment? Its like he wants to take the priority away from a big problem that exists. Ive never heard him give any meaningful lecture on how to fix systemic racism, he just seems to brush it off by saying "There are many problems". Im just stating how it seems to me, many will obviously disagree.

I like Jordan a lot and he tap danced all the way around around that shit. Not a reasonable answer.

If it exists...why is he there, asking a question, as an equal among his peers?

Funny how this guy came from Africa and immense human suffering and given a slot in a western university (not of his country) to then raise the question of institutional racism!!!! Dude be happy you escaped a mud hut and the zulu tribes and be grateful that you’re getting top notch education. This is the type of crap I don’t get. Noone owes you anything man we’re all in this trying to figure it out.
