In this video, I take the Himiway Cruiser fat tire electric bike out for a long ride across Dartmoor in the UK. The manufacturer claims a range of between 35 to 65 miles which does seem quite realistic for a battery/motor combo of this kind. But how does it stack up in the real world?

The Himiway Cruiser uses a 48v 17.5Ah battery with LG cells.

It looks like your saddle height needs adjusting so you get a proper leg extension. Straight leg with your heel on the pedal and level hips. This will likely help increase the range.

That's good to know, quite a range for a heavy bike.
I'm fancying a Himiway Zebra and it has a 20Ah battery so more range.
