Great video! Check out Grin motors. They are located in Vancouver Canada.
They make the same wattage motor that is bigger in circumference for more torque and reliability while staying cool and water resistant. Their motors can be fitted inside your rim.

I really want to try one of those Himiway on a mountain bike trail. I would have thought they would be awesome. I have the Speedrid, it's supposed to have a lot less power then the Himiway, it only tops out at 26. But on a single black diamond mountain bike trail that thing is a monster. I don't have any of the problems I hear other people talk about, I don't know maybe it's just geared lower. As long as I help the motor out a little I can climb just about anything. The controller says 18 amps plus or minus 1, but the display says its peaks just over a thousand Watts, with a 500 watt hub.

Your tires are directional, may want to turn them 180 degrees so your not rotating them in reverse.

I don’t understand what problem you’re having with riding it on the trail? Your video is mostly on the road and does not demonstrate the issues you speak of. What happens when you ride on the trail? Does the Himiway die on you prematurely?

Those tires are really never meant to go more than 15 lb. Before ebikes came around most people ran then between 5 and 10 lb. Which is a little to low for an e-bike . On my ebike I keep them at 10 11in the front and12, 13 in the back. I've gotten one flat tire in 4 years. Going above 15 16 lb, just make for a rough ride, and quadruples the amount of flats you will get. If you go to your local mountain bike shop and tell them you put 30 lb of pressure in your fat tires they will look at you a little funny. I've never gone more than 13 and 1/2 personally, and they're pretty solid that, as solid as fat tires are supposed to be at least.

So, 46.2 volts is about 25% left on the battery? When I charge up the battery is 53.8 volts.

Why don't you just upgrade to a bigger motor that can handled the off road. They're bigger on size to have more better heat dissipation. a 2000w would do great .
