I used to have a 50-something inch CRT television. Expensive as hell when my family bought it when I was a kid, but it served us well into the LED era. It stood proud beside two plasma TVs and tons of LED monitors.

Great video and I have a question about this. I'm looking at 2 different digital picture frames. One has a XGA display while the other is IPS (they also called it FHD on the description). Which would you recommend that I should buy? Thank you.

I'm watching this in 2024, 9 years later and still got useful information. And using an old LG TV at 720p while watching Linus talking about 4K resolutions in the future... 🤡I'm so far behind...

Looking for some advice on 4k gaming. Looking to buy a gtx 1080 and a 4k monitor, however as not all games will run amazing at 4k I may have to runs some/most at 1440p maxed out, but I've heard due to interpolation, 1440p can look blurry on a 4k display. Is this really noticable or will it still look miles better than 1080p?
