Israel begins instructing civilians to leave Rafah ahead of expected offensive

The Israeli military has told Palestinians to evacuate parts of Rafah in what appears to be preparation for a long-threatened assault on Hamas holdouts there. The UN agency for Palestinian refugees has warned of 'catastrophic circumstances' for the 1.4 million people sheltering there.
