The problem here you assumed inflation rate, you may have 2.5m now but that can be equal 5m after 5years, means that what you were to buy with 2.5m that year after 5year it will cost 5m...now that what i call back to level zero 'money laundering' its hard to trick these system..you better buy land it will skyrocket.
