My son came home super excited one day, talking about how his school would be getting a GSA, because a teacher finally found enough students willing to join.
I told him he better tell me he'll join it too, because it would be a great place to try and make some friends.
And friends he found!
Whenever they have a GSA meeting, he gets all excited, and will do anything to convince his foster parents to cancel the taxi ride, so he'll be able to go (he can take the bus, but they insist on keeping the taxi rides)
