I bought the 16" Macbook Pro M1 Max Pro with 24 Core CPU, 32gb ram, 1TB. This setup has been AMAZING. I have been editing 4k60 and 4k120 with no issues. I even did a same day edit with zero proxies 4k60/4k120. I would go for 2TB or higher in storage.

Dear Matt, i am a WILDLIFE filmmaker and Canon lent me their R5 C cinema camera . So i shot 4 K for the first time . After finishing the offline edit I am interested in the CC of my 4 k shots . My entire trip was shot in cloudy conditions . So which LUTT would you recommend which will bring out the best in my shots ? thank you

Hey! I just HAD to come back here and let you know that I ordered the "BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK MACBOOK" with the 1TB SSD storage. It took a few months to get here but it was so worth the wait because this thing is FAST and just so awesome.

My 2019 MacBook Air was struggling to handle my video editing and even editing thumbnails in Canva was painfully slow if I had too many layers going on.

Thanks for the great explanations - I'm so happy with my new laptop!! My YouTube channel is going to thrive now :)
