Maybe the San Antonio Spurs on the SNES didn't make your list because it is about overrated/underrated teams. The Spurs are the best team in the game on SNES though and it's all because of Dennis Rodman.

Rodman's Power stat is a 9 so his shoves knock down and cause 1pt of injury every hit. Rodman can completely dominate a game with aggressive play and hobbles the other teams players as they get slower and slower with the injury points they accrue.

Besides all that he's got a great supporting cast to score and shoot three's with like Allen Robinson. A playstyle that focuses on just assaulting the other team with Rodman shoves as much as possible is really difficult to overcome. Especially so if the other team's strategy focuses on being evasive and scoring, because as the injury points rack up the loss of speed becomes a real factor.

Best strategy against that kind of play that I've seen is to go Rodman vs Rodman and give it right back. Then it's a game Mortal Kombat with a hoop but at least it's on an even playing field lol

Just wanted wanted to throw that out there. Liked your vid, I think it's awesome there's people still playing and taking about this game in 2019.
