I think a lot of teams are underrated rn:

*Magic* - signed KCP, Paolo and Franz are gonna be better
*Pels* - health is obv the key but DJ trade could be great
*Kings* - DeMar makes an offensively potent team more offensively potent
*Bucks* - better bench, Dame can build chemistry with Giannis
*Cavs* - again injuries but still dangerous

Dallas, if anything is underrated. Everyone has them as the 5-7 seed in the west, which is crazy for a team with arguably the best player in the league, the best backcourt itl, arguably the best center rotation in the league, and just added great depth, along with one of the greatest shooters of all time. Compare that to teams like DEN who got worse, i dont know how you can see them as anything lower than the 3-4 seed

Mavs added Klay Naji & Grimes. All amazing 3poimt shooters and defenders even though klay obviously isnt in his prime anymore but he’s still averaged 18ppg on 39% 9 3pt FGA a game. Great roster and one of the deepest bench ITL. Also spence, great ball handler and can create shots and clutch and was a huge part of that 2022 WCF run. Also a 7’5 defensive stopper. They were just a few pieces away from beating Boston and I think they’ll be able to this time with hopefully a HEALTHY Luka and Kyrie getting over the hump. Whoever they meet, I think they will beat. They should be the favorites in the west, no doubt💯💯

I’m excited for the hawks (not saying they’re good mo, sorry) but I think they’ll be fun team to watch with risascher (idk how to spell it) and the improvement of Jalen Johnson, and Dyson Daniel’s too

I get that the Mavs might not be too 4 but they made the finals last year as the 5th seed. The western conference is so great that I don’t think the top 4 have the same security over seeds 5-8 like they used to

Clippers my pick for most underrated:
Replaced what PG provided with some role players that will not take shots away from harden and kawhi, and because no one expects them to be good they will indirectly develop a player in their
"bad young core".

The kings easy replacing Harrison barnes with DeRozan is a big upgrade dont talk about Barnes defense that has fallen off 😂

It is a huge stretch to say that Zack is already better than the version of Steven Adams that played in memphis. Better than the guy who's hurt now? Yeah I guess but he's not better than Stephen Adams, the guy who made sure what we think about Steven Adams lol
