Astronomers Discover Mysterious Repeating Radio Burst From Distant Galaxy

January 14, 2019 - Short, bright bursts of radio signals are coming from distant galaxies, and scientists have no idea what they are. They’re called fast radio bursts, or FRBs. A telescope in Canada just discovered many more of them, including one that repeats. The Resident discusses.
