I upgraded from a 2018 11inch Pro to a 13inch M4 Pro Wifi+Cellular. I don’t do any Pro stuff on it. I bought it solely for Media consumption and gaming. The Tandem OLED display + 1000nit SDR brightness is definitely a game changer as I can now clearly see the display no matter how much light you throw at it. It’s a quality of life upgrade that’s definitely underrated.

I previously had the M1 iPad Pro 11 inch that I would carry in a coach sling bag along with air pods max and apple Magic Keyboard, while I seriously thought about going with the 13 inch M4, the 11 inch is the sweet spot and getting the new Magic Keyboard, Apple Pencil pro, I did go with 512 gb up from128 go on my M1, and apple care, all for under $1600.00 tax included with the trade in of my M1.The M4 is my daily driver and I use it for eveything except social media which I recently went from an iPhone 11 to a iPhone 15plus, I’m satisfied with the choices I made, now waiting to see if apple’s ipad os challenges it

My niece and nephew prefer to use ipads for almost everything even though they have a Macbook in the house. I think this is a trend with the kids today who grew up using iPhones and ipads before they started learning Macs. Its definitely more natural to them and this trend is only going to gain momentum.

Thank god!! When you touched on the subject of putting a screen protector on your nano display i genuinely thought i was the only one, so many woke comments on people insulting owners of using one, I went with the ESR magnetic paper feel one, it gives me that paper resistant feeling and the best thing I love about my nano display is if you genuinely listen in closely you do hear that slight texture difference I find it much much smooth almost like velvety texture it’s insane how they make such displays, but as for the ESR it’s great cause if I wish to just chill back and watch some content I just pull it off and attach it to the back of my iPad and pop the ESR case back on ( shift series ) I chose the the space black in 2TB with WiFi-cellular 5G in 13” however I’m tempted to pick up the 256gb standard glass 11” iPad Pro mainly for content something I am not afraid of damaging, I love the aluminium Magic Keyboard for my 13” i really do but for some odd reason it just looks more notebooky size and compact in the 11” if I do decide to go for the 11” in the Black Friday sales i probably will go for the silver for a change as I’ve always owned a space grey iPad Pro with every generation beginning;from the days of the home button, great video it’s helped me realise I like yourself chose the best iPad for my needs, and not listen to all the ridiculous nonsense about the nano display being a “gimmick” when it’s not it really does a great job reflecting light it actually saves my battery now I don’t need to up the screen brightness constantly outdoors

Nice. I got the 1tb 13” pro. Space black, wifi, regular screen. Definitely made the right choice. 16gb of ram is so nice - haven’t had an app lose its state yet. My iPhone 15 pro resets apps in the background all the time. Wish Apple would fix this in software 😡

great review, thanks! I'm about to buy one, but I'm a little worried about the PWM. How are your eyes? Do you get tired or dry eyes after using it? Many people complain about screen discomfort, headaches etc

Still on the M1 iPad Pro 11 ... I agree about the size of the screen, the 11" just makes it more portable and easier to use as a tablet. For anything I have my 13" MBA.

Appreciate the vid man. 💯 I invested in the 11 in. M4 Pro a month ago from my 4th generation air and appreciate the OLED and stage manager function. I have the mini 6 as a secondary for consumption. Looking at your setup in the video shows that the iPad can be a versatile device to do most of everything.

I am struggling so much with this I am now questioning my sanity - I got the 11 and thought it was great… got to the 2 weeks and thought I should have the 13 so swapped. Then I missed the 11 so swapped back and now I am back on the 13 wanting the 11 back. I agree with someone else’s comment. If the 13 inch was a 12 inch same ratio as the 11 it would be a perfect size. I hate the screen ratio of the 13 but the 11 feels just a tad too small…. There is definitely something wrong with me :-)

I’m getting the 8GB RAM and 512GB model of the 13 inch M4 iPad Pro and I’m happy as I will upgrade to the 1TB version within 2 years, i think I’ll be fine with the 8GB RAM due to iPadOS not really taxing the M4 even those it’s just the 9 core version.

My 2017 cellular ipad pro 10.5 died and my wife 2018 cellular 12.9 ipad pro battery only last 2 hours of video playback now so i brought her a mini 6 wifi and im thinking about getting myself a 11 inch m4 but after using her old 12.9 for call of duty mobile it makes me want the new 13 inch . It sucks that i cant figure out what size is best for me 😂

Just wish it had Mac OS capability or an iPad os with more powerful software and desktop like File Management. I understand Apple makes tons of money from the mobile App Store but I feel they could at least upgrade the dependability of using file management and external + cloud storage

Love this so much ! Just got the 2 tb 11 inch 2 weeks ago, I honestly know it’s insane overkill but i feel like this iPad is going to last me a while i use tons of document storage even with my 4tb ssds & love to game, & i saved $ from all the 13 inch bs. I upgraded from a 10 gen 256 that i absolutely loved and would recommend to anyone. I feel like it’s not discussed & doesn’t get the credit it deserves. I will be giving it to someone i love. Also i feel like these pro iPads are future proofing but you know how that goes so I’ll be patient. Great vid enjoy your iPads !!

I feel like I've noticed a trend that iPad fans tend to be some really cool people. There's another channel, I forgot the name, but he's using an iPad too as his main device, and I think it's just a matter of preference for a lot of folks.

I think I was sold the delusion that the laptops were better because on paper they seem better, but if you don't use a lot of that extra laptop stuff it doesn't matter.

But I think for me, the perfect combo is a windows laptop with an 11 iPad. Trying to get everything perfect on one device doesn't seem very viable.
