Some extra notes about [ERROR] and PTC 010 for those who came to check out the comments:
1) The whole scene in the office is recorded on magnetic tape, which was the medium through which the entire original series was heard.
2) ARC 130 and PTC 010 released on the same day, March 14th, which may give some credence to the idea that [ERROR] is Lucia Wright.
3) [ERROR] could be more likely to be Eye-aligned, especially if it is revealed to be at the root of the events of PTC 001.
4) We don’t know that Gertrude was the Archivist, so maybe [ERROR] is whatever’s left of the last Archivist. Alternatively, it may be one of the ancient Archivists, which inhabited the tunnels below the London Institute in the original series.
5) I watched @pinkelotjeart’s Protocol Theory video literally as this short rendered., and it turns out that he also, somewhat jokingly, mentioned that [ERROR] might be Agnes, and brought up a really good point that I missed: the box recovered from the Institute in PTC 001 might be this world’s version of the web table box.
