I have found, over the last few years especially, people are now appearing with blindingly white teeth. To be honest I think they look like freaks. Our addiction to perfection is pitiful and disturbing. As someone who was a smoker and is still a coffee drinker I have have done things all my life to try and prevent too much staining but there are limits people. A little bit of self esteem would probably make the world of difference.

Stawberries, Watermelon. and dairy products help whiten your teeth. I ate a lot of cheese during the pandemic with foods and stuff and my teeth were almost close to being white.

Since being young I've had a problem with yellow teeth. Even though I've tried to look after them really well. I just don't know what to do. I used to try all kinds of whitening. None worked. I've given up visiting the dentist because they're always so patronising and never give me solution. The last time I went, years ago, just for a clean, the dentist was so rough and hurt me. All they seem to be passionate about is taking money off me and I just haven't got money to spend on something that leaves me incredibly unsatisfied.
I brush in the morning for 3 minutes, I brush before bed for 3 minutes. I use mouthwash after meals but my teeth look horrid. I hate smiling unless it's for a photo because I know I can use the beauty setting to whiten.

Zoom whitening was some of the most intense pain I ever experienced. It worked but I’ll never do it again. The next 2 days were absolute hell for the pain.

My baby teeth were pearly white.

When my adult teeth came in, they were yellow. Never changed. Since they came in that way--obviously it was nothing I was eating. So what is it?

I have had years-long issues with acid reflux (until put on proton pump inhibitors) and subsequentially have had issues with teeth fracturing, etc. I don't think teeth whiting products would be a good option. Doubt the common teeth whitening products would fully address this....and I'm concerned that the whitening chemicals would only make matters worse.

Insurance does NOT cover crowns/veneers and probably not cosmetic procedures either.

BTW I don't think I sustained any oral damage as a young child.

I read somewhere that floridated water caused discoloration of children's permanent teeth even before they erupt.

PS--no offense but I've always disliked going to the dentist--but had regular care growing up.

I like white teeth; however, I have seen people who have bleached their teeth so white it looks unnatural. I see this a lot with people who wear dentures or have a mouth full of implants. I think there is a happy medium.

Most of the people in the comments are straight up hating on that guy . His teeth are natural and white like they should be and the are not huge like some said . Maybe those comments are from the ones that are used to people having stained stubby teeth or it’s simply just jealousy. Dude don’t let those haters bother you . They are lying lol

Scary and eye-opening 😯So rinsing / brushing the teeth directly after having a coffee should limit the damage significantly, right? What about having coffee after having applied bleach during the night? Can I still do that as long as I brush or rinse my teeth right afterwards?

that intrinsic imformation was very helpful because ppl dont know about that fact. like needing a root canal is a example of trauma to the tooth is needed to get that tooth white again
