Never owned a planer. Can get a 4ah and 2.5 ah battery with charger and this for like 99$ right now. I have no planer and can do basic jointing on table saw so I guess it’s worth it. I want a table top one but for now this will work for the price

Nice video, thank you. Never used one and planning to buy the corded Ryobi version. I heard the battery was not good. Did you have problems with the battery dying prematurely or not sustained use?
Tip: The wood shavings are very useful for reptile bedding and mulch. Your local reptile store or owners would love to get it. Must be unscented and non toxic woods of course. Also ANY wood shavings can be sold for composting toilet use by RVers and tiny house owners. Lucrative, don't waste it.
