I started with iMovie, then FCP. After a gap of few months, last week I did the biggest project on Davinci without doing any projects on it before. Took a lot of help from Youtube too. So yes, if you've used iMovie or Final Cut to do simple things, Davinci is easy to use.

Resolve is the way forward. All my videos are done with the studio version and after a bit of a learning curve it’s amazing. For colour grading it’s unmatched.

Nice to see more people switching to Davinci resolve but there are not many great tutorials on Davinci as compared to Adobe products and I wanted to change that. Could not make many tutorials but I have not given up. In fact I am going full time making tutorials soon.

I love Resolve. I finally upgraded to the paid version when they released Voice Isolation. I like that it’s a one time payment.

I've never used another problem that takes me that often to youtube :( As a beginer, Resolve features work very well, but I have such a bad time understanding it.

I used a small application my iPad called “vlog now” now I’m switching to da vinci resolve iPad and it’s very confusing

Curious how you’re liking the iPad version. Used to use lumafusion but recently upgraded to resolve for ipad which is great (just hoping for external display support with scaleable windows!) how is the ipad experience for you? Can’t wait for the resolve course on LWP!

i have a question and i hope someone can help me!

I am a beginner and I would like to become a professional video editor/ editor in the future and earn my money but I can not decide between Davinci and Premier Pro.

There are many negative reviews about Premier Pro and almost all positive about Davinci because it's also free. However, I notice that there are almost exclusively job offers where Premier Pro is required and only very rarely Davinci.

What is your opinion? Should I rather go for Premier Pro because of the many job opportunities?

I use Lumafusion on my ipad. But ido like resolve as well.
