0:44 I think you meant 0.7 - 0.8 Bar. 🤣
7-8 Bar would be 102 - 116 Psi. 😀

If fuel tank holds vacuum, fault tank vent? My fuel tank is loading up with pressure. My tank vent duckbill valve is pointing into tank when it seems that it needs to be pointing out to allow pressure out. What am I missing? Perhaps I need to look into carb? I own this Stihl 20 years with no issue.

Hi Gary, Just checking a 038magnum at the moment. I understand that when doing the vacuum test it should not hold constant, like your video. What I'm confused about is when applying pressure to the fuel tank should it hold constant or should it hold for a while then drop down to zero after about 30seconds?I cant find a workshop service manual for the 038 mag. Cheers.

Gary will a faulty vent cause this symptom: I have a Stihl MS260 Pro it starts up and runs great and then after less then a minuet it acts like its running out of fuel and dies. Start it up again and the same thing all over again. Thank Phil
