You're 100% right about the ping; I typically play on 30 ping, and the server started lagging, and it felt like it took forever from the time I clicked until the time my character reacted, but I was only at like 90 ping, which is around what I used to play on when the server was in Cali and my Internet was dogshit. It felt fine back then because that's what I was used to and I learned the game playing on that ping, but trying to go back to that, it felt like I was telling someone else how to move and then they had to actually make the movements.

True. When you get used to low ping, playing at high ping feels like... crap.

Changes are a nerf for jungle, slower clear due to the loss of attack speed, makes him more vulnerable to invade, and if u fall behind, those buff for mid/late game won't matter.
Also if you are against someone with a dash (not to say, EVERYONE), your ultimate is useless if they can time it correctly
