You're right, but this is K'sante, 🤔 a champ with 4700 HP, 329 armour, 201 mage resistance. He have unstoppable🤚, shield👌, and can get through walls✌. He has CC 🤙with only one second cool down✊ and 15 mana👍. He can even refresh his W 👈and deals true damage by changing his posture✌. Also, he can get skill 👐and q's acceleration and attack😰 by gaining armour and mage resistance😨. W is like👊🏿😭👊🏿

For people who don't get it, despite not having the greatest win rate in OPGG, K'Sante has become a problematic character just like Ryze used to be.
He has a very deep learning curve and can be easily countered with certain picks in lane, so it gives people a false image that K'Sante is a balanced champion which has weaknesses.
His kit gives him too much of everything, despite even going nearly full tank build, K'Sante has absolutely no problem duking it out with enemy carry 1 on 1 as a TANK.
He has mobility that usual tanks don't have, quick cooldown over his kits, a skill that avoids him from being crowd controlled, a relatively high damage like a bruiser, temp shield and a potential to cut enemy team in half and forcefully drag one of them for creating one versus one situation.
Basically, he's a true prodigy that has mobility, damage, crowd control, cool down and durability.

Twisted Fate Kit: Throws 3 cards in different direction, passive that increases dmg per 3 autos and gives extra gold when the unit was killed by TF. Has 3 cards that can stun, gives mana, and deals AOE damage. His ult allows him to reveal the enemy position and he can teleport in a fixed range.
