In this video I briefly review the previous idea of congruency, then look at midpoints, bisectors and the distance formula. This video really introduces the basic vocabulary and symbols we use in geometry. We look at midpoints and distances in geometric diagrams as well as on a coordinate plane. We use formulas and conceptual methods to find both.
