I have a 3-day work week and it's the best thing ever! And I'm giving it my best while at work.

I normally work a 4-day week and it's freak'n awesome! I never feel burned out, always feel productive while at work and in the cases where I get a heavier workload or have to work on a day off, it's not an issue (today I had to stay late and didn't hardly notice). Plus having a weekday off to get errands done is so much less stressful than trying to do everything on the weekend. The biggest downside is not having accesses to healthcare benefits so I do rely on the VA for my healthcare.

Eidos Montreal (700+ employees) switched (as a whole company) to a 4-day work week only 2 weeks ago.

That's my 10-year-olds complaint since he was in kindergarten: weekends are too short! 😂

I'm all for it!! Like the way Trevor organized how the weekend should proceed in 4 days. He's right. Weekend isn't long enough! Lol!

Finally, he's said it!! 🤣 ive been saying the same in my lil circle. Even a fri-sun weekend & mon-th weekday is better than what we have or as he said make it a fri-mon weekend & tu-th work week 😀

Even more pressing question: Who decided the week should have 7 days? It doesn't go evenly into a month or year. We could just as easily do a 5 day week (3 weekdays and 2 day weekend) for a weekend percent of 40% instead of 29%
