All the info from Tessa (guys I'm not forcing anyone to do this just listing this up):
Morning hair routine:
1. Take out protective hairstyle
2. Brush from the bottom up
3. Rosemary water on scalp
4. Massage it in with fingertips
5. Leave in cream in mids and ends
6. Hair oil on mids and ends

Night routine:
1. Massage scalp for 5 - 10 mins
2. Apply hair growth serum to scalp
3. Apply oil to mids and ends
4. Fast in protective hairstyle and cover with silk bonnet

Hair wash:
1. Take out protective hairstyle
2. Brush from the bottom up
3. Rosemary water scalp
4. Scalp massage with bamboo brush
5. Rosemary oil scalp and hair oil mids and ends
6. Massage a little and put it in a bun with a hair pin (optional: cover with plastic wrap )
7. Let it sit for 2-6 hours
8. Clarifying shampoo or scalp scrub
9. Shampoo 2x (use scalp massager)
10. Hair mask (leave on for 20 mins and during it wash your body)
11. Conditioner (leave on for at least 3 mins)
12. Microfiber towel dry (until it doesn't drip)
13. Leave in
13. Growth serum on scalp
14. Brush when 80% dry
15. Oil your mids and ends

How to find out your hair porosity:
1. Take a hair strand and run your finger down. If it feels smooth you have low porosity, a bit rough mid and rough high. This is not sure, I heard it but never verified
2. Take a hair from your brush and do it in a glass full of water. Wait for 5 mins.
Above glass: Low porosity:
- closed hair cuticles
- does not absorb moisture easy
- easy product build up on hair
Mid: medium hair porosity
- easy moisturized
- retains moisture well
- ideal porosity
Below glass: high porosity:
- Absorbs and loses moisture easy
- Looks dull and dry
- tangles easy
- tends to be frizzy

Products she uses:
Tessa's Amazon page:

RED FLAGS:

Hair wash:
Shampooing ends
Condition roots
Don't giving products time to do it's work
Not clarifying scalp
Brushing hair when it's not at least 80% dry

Hair oiling:
Brushing after oiling
Using scalp oil for hair and hair oil for scalp
Leaving oil overnight on scalp (except really lightweight oil)

Other:
Ripping split ends, not cutting them off, using products to "heal" it(it just sticks together, won't fix it forever. You'll have to buy it again and again, spending way more money than a single cut)
Not brushing from the bottom up
Not wetting your hair and braiding it before swimming (everyone please skip hair mask it's not good for environment)
Sleeping with wet hair
Not sleeping with silk bonnet and protective hairstyle
Skipping heat protection(only if you use heat or are in a hot environment)
Using heat on your hair(must blow dry? Set on lowest stand😊)

Bleaching:
DON'T:
Squize a lemon above your head (Extremely damage cause)
Apply lemon juice over your entier hair (Cause damage, split ends)

DO:
Squize the lemon juice in a spray bottle. Choose specific strands on the top of your hair and spray fully with lemon juice. Then stay in sun to dry and bleach.
⚠️ MAKE SURE TO DO IT NOT TOO MUCH!!!! ALSO THIS WAY CAN CAUSE DAMAGE AND SPLIT ENDS BY OVER APPLYING. IT TAKES TIME TO BLEACH ALL YOUR HAIR, DON'T BE IMPATIENT OR YOU'LL HAVE TO START AGAIN!
TESSA DID IT ALREADY A LONG TIME SO NOW HER HAIR LOOKS FULLY BLEACHED. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE PLEASE!

This took me a while to type but I really hope it would help! Have a nice day 👍🏻❤️ and tell me if I forgot anything! I'll edit this comment😊

I used to have very long beautiful brown hair. Everything was ruined when I was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune diseases a decade ago. Nothing works for me now. I am not jealous, I just miss a beautiful part of me.

I used to have real long hair. When it gets long enough to sit on, it gets into all kinds of trouble. Time to trim.
