Excellent advise Preston. A great sweat in the morning simulates my mind as well as get my body set for those long sitting 10 -12 hour + days. I'm an ACGreen guys, did matcha before finding ACG. Don't think I can live without multi screens. Love your advice on consistency (ebb and flow/peaks and valleys). I'm a InfoSec techy...transited to Cyber recruiting (8 years ago), so I'm not the most organized so I in list the aide of Akiflow to keep me on pace with work flow and management. Not sure what I'd do without it's Inbox/Calendar feature.

I am looking to go from working in my current field to a recruiter for the same field. I have experience starting businesses and have experience in this field. Do you think I need experience as a recruiter, or can I make it work part-time until I can run the business full time? This is more of a learn as I go approach, which works well in this field, I'm just not sure about if the recruiting aspect can work this way as well.
