I have this as part of my routine. 20 of these per set. I have to keep stopping during reps because my left forearm keeps cramping. I think it's odd because my shoulders and elbows are doing more movement so why my forearm.

I do these mofos in the hopes of losing some weight. Trying for 3 series of 17, 17, 16 for 50 reps total. 2 days on, 1 off. Since I can keep my weight without pretty much exercise, doing that much will hopefully help me burn some
