I would say to avoid calcification it’s a good idea to take Vitamin K2 it helps move calcium from tissues into the bone preventing wrinkles, osteoporosis, heart disease and cavities.

These are responsibly spoken helps...without the often know-it-all declaritive tones we often see going on with internet functional medicine types of channels. Looks to me like this kind of information is humbly offered here, not thrown at people as if the gospel truth. I'm thinking this approach is catching on more. I also appreciate Dr. Ekberg's channel.
Thanks for this reliable place to go! to.

What about dry Vitamin A and Vitamin E? They are water soluble.

1- I saw some videos that says statins is like an inhibitor/antagonist of k2,
Any study about this???
2- Heared that other studies says that in 12 to 24 month between k2 vs placebo didn't find any difference, but don't specify if is mk7 or the others
DOES THE TENTACLES OF THE PHARMACEUTICALS GOT INVOLVED IN THOSE STUDIES??, LIKE THEY ARE ON THEIRS TO GET APPROVED WITH THE FDA??, .
I really knows how this works, I worked for 20 years for different pharmaceuticals, thank you and this is a very good topic to discuss...

I wish you'd do an episode showing the correlation, between milk and milk products and osteoporosis.
While the milk industry claims that milk is good for you, (Milk is for babies!).
It would seem that milk is also a causing factor for acidosis, and bone loss in adults.
And then, calcium is a building block of arterial plaque.

Vitamins and supplements? Can you take too many vitamins and supplements. all of the pills I take are all minimal mg's of each, which I take only 1 per day each. I also eat a mostly plant based diet but it is not a vegetarian one. I am a male 70 years old have a EGFR of 92. To my knowledge do not have any ailments other than Thyroid, which I take a Synthroid for and is under control. I just got this reading on my 3 month blood work and have a scheduled meeting with my doctor this wed. But am trying to learn what I can on my own before this meeting. Appreciate any thoughts you might have to share, thank you.
