I am from India, and my girlfriend, who is from California, USA, visited me in India. She stayed with me from August 2023 until February 2024, a period of almost six months. During this time, we spent significant time together, and she is now pregnant, with her due date in mid-November 2024.

Given our situation, I would like to know if we are eligible to get married in Utah, or if we need to meet again in person to apply for my spousal visa. We have already met in person, and she is currently pregnant. Please guide.

So, what you're saying is, Utah agrees to marry two people via zoom without either person stepping foot in Utah or having met in person..., but does this marriage certificate enable those same two people to apply for a spouse visa without having met in person within the last two years? Does the marriage certificate negate the "in person" meeting requirement?
