I just checked the USCIS processing time web site for Vermont and it says:

Fiancè visa K-1 are 80% processed in 7 months

Spousal visa K-3 are 80% processed in 14 months

That seems to be a huge improvement from just a few months ago.

What are your thoughts?

My fiance's k1 visa interview got denied and they asked for more information and resubmit more evidence. I think they called this the green paper more evidence to see if it's bonifide. I had a question if this gets denied can I Go to Vietnam and marry her there and then apply for a spousal visa. Someone said I had to wait two years for this. I want to ask a question .what about someone who has married before to somebody in the US and the person filled out for a spouse visa and the person got refused. Later the married didn't work again and they got divorced.
This same person meets his old-time relationship who also happens to reside in the US, and this girlfriend who resides in the US decides to file in finance for him. The question is, will he be given this type of visa to him without any issue raised from the previous married he had?

May i ask our deadline was 10 January, 2021. We sent our form 129f by the fast service USPS on the 6, January, 2022, they guaranteed it will arrive on 7, January, 2022. But unlucky it arrived on the 12, January, 2022, because of covid. Is there any chance the USCIS will aprove? Thank you for spending time to read my mesage.
