What if while waiting on adjustment of status the visa holder has a family emergency in their country such as death in the family and they want to leave and come back to the US? Should we be applying for the advanced parole document when the visa is initially approved just to be prepared for such emergency?

Knowing that Hawaii is actually a State I still get nervous and wanted to ask this question. I am planning on taking my Fiancé on a honeymoon to Hawaii once we marry. For some reason I still get nervous even knowing that Hawaii is actually a State and has been since 1959. I assume that as long as we take a direct flight to and from Hawaii back to the mainland there will not be any issues. Can the fiance get married in a different U.S. state than the permanent address listed on the way to the permanent address? Example: Get married in California on the way to Illinois. (It would require a 4 or 5 night stay in California.) Would that violate K1 visa rules?

I am working for a UK employer remotely here in the Philippines. (I am an admin assistant.) Our K1 visa has been approved on the 11th, but we're still waiting for the NVC letter and for the code that will let me access the DS-160. The thing is, I really don't want to resign because I really like my employer and the job. 😢 I will be getting paid through my brother's bank account once I pass the interview. I am planning to have my brother receive my paycheck every month since it's for him anyway (I support his studies). Will the U.S. still be able to track something like this? I mean, I am working but technically it's not my bank account that's getting the money. 😅
