Left 4 Dead 2 - Death Toll Secret Intro

The Last Stand update added an extremely rare intro for Death Toll, a reference to The Gmod Idiot Box: Episode 7.
According to the files, it has a 1% chance of happening.

I read in the patch notes that in The Passing, when you find Bill and then use the look vocalize command on L4D1 survivors, they have a special response. Do you know what they say?

I've encountered this one for myself once a while back, but I thought it was someone's custom talker doing the work, 'cause I definitely recognised the reference and thought "That's gotta be somebody finding new use for that old reference, especially with how people-on-the-internet use the word 'Boomer' these days". It delights me that The Last Stand team actually sneaked it into the game itself as something rare enough to surprise anybody who'd get the reference and/or perplex anyone that didn't ('Twas back in August 2009, so there's probably enough people playing Left 4 Dead 2 who may not have been born at the time, let-alone know/remember what "GMod Idiot Box" was).
